Job Summary
Project Engineer Level 3 to provide Owner's Representative construction management services to a DoD client overseeing $300M+ in ongoing construction projects. Responsibilities include supporting government project managers and fellow contractor PMs in design and construction management, conducting site evaluations, developing scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules for A/E services, tracking progress, submittals, permits, invoicing, and preparing metrics and technical reports for government leadership; requires ABET-accredited BS or equivalent with 10+ years of experience or an advanced combination per qualifications, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; Pentagon WHS experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Construction, or other related field from an ABET-accredited program with 10+ years of relevant construction/engineering work experience OR a 2-year associate degree in a construction-related field with 15 years of experience OR 17 years of relevant construction/engineering experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with three years residence living in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust clearance (HSPD-12 fingerprint background check).
