Job Summary
Project Engineer role with Lendlease Construction in Adelaide, heading subcontracts coordination, construction programs, procurement strategy, and cost/quality/EHS management on a large-scale building project. Responsibilities include developing short- and medium-range construction programs, design management and coordination, client liaison, procurement of tender packages, subcontractor agreements, reviewing subcontractor claims and variations, preparing cost forecasts and controlling costs, and implementing EHS and project management plans. Ideal candidate has 4-8 years in construction, on-site delivery experience across major trade packages, and a relevant engineering/ construction management degree. Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects
- On-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
