Job Summary
Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs while overseeing design management, client liaison, and procurement of tender packages. Implement project EHS and quality plans, review subcontractor claims and variations, and prepare cost forecasts to maintain strict cost controls. Coordinate value engineering and subcontractor agreements to deliver a successful long-term construction project in Melbourne. Requires 3-6 years of on-site construction delivery experience and a relevant degree.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 (or more) years' experience in the construction industry
- preferably on large-scale construction projects
- Previous on-site construction delivery experience
- looking after major trade packages
- Degree qualification in a relevant field of study
