Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects to ensure safe completion within budget and schedule. Monitor project performance, review engineering deliverables, and initiate corrective actions for quality, technical, and HSE compliance. Assign responsibilities to the project team, mentor personnel, and lead daily site activities including toolbox talks and risk assessments. Collect payment certificates, manage monthly site measurements, and ensure equipment safety through permit-to-work monitoring. Inspect work against specifications, resolve safety incidents, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
