Job Summary

Provide engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, including internal and external resources and customers. Support proposal development and lead project execution by identifying activities, resources, and events required to complete the work statement. Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned. Plan and coordinate resources over the project life, define risk mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions. Develop and manage statements of work for research and development, ongoing, and new business requirements. This role works across multiple E-7A programs supporting the development of new capabilities for the world's most advanced Airborne Early Warning and Control platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 5+ years' experience in project engineering, technical project coordination, R&D, or science and technology program support
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Experience coordinating tasks, schedules, deliverables, and technical inputs across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience tracking project or portfolio status, including milestones, risks, and execution priorities
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
  • A 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required

Desired Qualifications

  • Level 5 (Subject Matter Expert): 10+ years' experience in project engineering, technical project coordination, R&D, or science and technology program support
  • Experience with proposal response development and execution planning
  • Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and leadership
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and create plans for executing on deliverables
  • Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
