Job Summary
Project Engineer - Land Development responsible for concept/site layout, utility and roadway design, site grading, erosion control, floodplain studies, permitting support, and cost estimation. Prepares designs and specifications, assists in proposals, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. Demonstrates ability to define problems, analyze data, and communicate effectively with clients and municipal authorities. Requires PE license, Civil Engineering degree, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. Will oversee budgets, project schedules, and contribute to business development and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- PE license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
