Project Engineer - Land Development

Lead site civil and land development projects throughout the Reno-Sparks market, designing and overseeing grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements. Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction while coordinating permitting and approvals with local municipalities and regulatory agencies. Partner directly with clients to deliver successful residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments. This role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 4+ years of experience with site development design and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Preferred candidates have familiarity with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and Northern Nevada permitting processes.
