Job Summary
Lead project design coordination with internal engineering departments, external agencies, and site contractors while acting as the primary liaison between the client, contractor, and Aquatech. Expedite engineering deliverables, document requests, and vendor quotes; prepare monthly progress reports and update the Primavera P6 schedule weekly. Attend daily site meetings, client reviews, and periodic vendor visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issue tags. Assist in supervising construction activities, verify project progress, and manage design changes through the change control process. Oversee as-built documentation, coordinate 3D model inputs via Navisworks, and track material status in SAP. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with five years of project-related experience, up to 30% travel, and proficiency in AutoCAD, P&IDs, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- Five (5) years of experience in a project-related industry
- Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD engineering drawings and P&IDs
- Ability to use SAP software
- Ability to use MS Office software at a high level of proficiency
- Ability to use MS Projects and Primavera P6
- Ability to navigate the 3D model through Navisworks
- Up to 30 % travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in a project-related industry preferred
- Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred
- Experience in using estimating software like RS Means, Sage (formerly Timberline), is an advantage
