Project Engineer

Represent the client and support strategic initiatives by executing policies, fostering relationships with internal customers, and maintaining excellent connections with owners, design teams, and subcontractors. Manage the permitting process, RFIs, submittals, mock-ups, and document control while ensuring compliance with environmental, stormwater, and safety programs. Coordinate procurement for doors, frames, and hardware; oversee cast-in-place concrete processes; and lead pre-punch, punch list, and change management activities. Prepare OAC meetings, establish QA/QC programs, and create material delivery schedules. Mentors indirect reports and adheres to OSHA 10 and WELL AP certifications. Requires 1–5 years of commercial construction experience and proficiency in CMiC, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.
