Job Summary
Lead a small team of engineers and CAD designers in substation design projects, managing General/Physical Layout and Protection & Control packages. Responsibilities include supervising team work, being the primary contact for customer relations and project satisfaction, and engaging in business development. Proficient in substation engineering practices, including physical layout design, protection/control design, relay settings programming, and substation commissioning. The role involves directing project design, preparing complex documents, performing detailed drawing reviews, and training junior engineers. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
- Eight plus years of applicable experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
