Job Summary
Coordinate technical activities, manage submittals and shop drawings, and oversee change order processes by securing vendor pricing and submitting requests for approval. Ensure timely material approval and procurement while enforcing safety policies and maintaining document control through updated drawing distribution in Bluebeam. Lead CPM and 3-week look-ahead creation, manage RFI documentation, and participate in owner and subcontractor meetings to write minutes and support close-out processes. Maintain daily contact with subcontractors and crews to facilitate safety and scheduling. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management with 7-10+ years of experience; salary is competitive for Irving, TX.

- 7-10+ years' experience and/or training
