Project Engineer - Intervention Solutions

Job Summary
Manage intervention systems and operations to ensure projects meet specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements. Lead engineering support for design, assembly, testing, repair, and maintenance while acting as the primary technical interface for clients on subsea well intervention systems. Implement changes to resolve system problems, improve product reliability, and lead MOC and NCR processes. Generate field manuals, drawings, and procedures for offshore projects, and perform design analysis for new products and equipment modifications. Interface with project managers, technicians, and third-party organizations to coordinate support, while staying abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements in the Gulf of Mexico. Represent the company as a technical specialist for industry presentations and committee participation related to subsea operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' industry experience in an Oil & Gas sector (Drilling, Completion, Production, or Intervention)
- B.S. Engineering degree from accredited university
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
- Proficient in Orcaflex and ANSYS analysis software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills & ability to manage time
- Good communication & presentation skills, both written and oral
- Work autonomously as well as under direction
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing priorities
- Current passport
- Immunizations
- Training to be kept current as per Global Deployment Policy
- Position may require travel in support of projects, up to 60 days per year
Desired Qualifications
- Design experience in offshore and subsea equipment preferred
