Job Summary
Develop an understanding of Project Manager or Superintendent responsibilities through mentorship and field exposure. Assist subcontractors in solving project problems, interpret specifications, and coordinate construction phases. Manage production schedules, worker hour requirements, and site safety documentation including audits and toolbox talks. Conduct regular project reviews to maintain accurate progress records. Prepare detailed technical documents, review reports on materials and costs, and advise on project issues. Gain proficiency in interpreting plans, contracts, and schedules while enhancing field experience on construction job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year education from an accredited college, or university

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in standard business computer programs and other job-relevant software
- Possess excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently and provide leadership for project coordination
