Job Summary
Coordinate client, contractor, and team members to ensure smooth execution of automation system deployments from start to finish. Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and monthly management reports while tracking budgets and timelines. Implement and control all project activities using MS Project and Excel to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and financial constraints. Build business relationships vital to project success and report work progress to the Project Manager. Request vendor quotes and prepare detailed budget estimates.
Required Qualifications
- at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 Year(s) of working experience in either Process Automation, MES or similar industries
- Experience in Agile Development and Project
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently & also within a team
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and result oriented in achieving set target

- Experienced with Data Center Projects
