Job Summary
Assist in project scheduling, management, and cost estimation while supporting all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, costing, engineering, installation, and supervision. Identify and implement projects supporting Titan America's goals by gathering engineering data for financial analysis and engaging in product development through market analysis and strategic planning. Utilize CAD software for design and drafting tasks and apply project management skills to drive forward strategic initiatives. Adapt to a dynamic work environment with occasional travel requirements, demonstrating leadership and effective communication skills while maintaining a safety-conscious commitment to a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic
- Previous internship or work experience in engineering or business development
