Job Summary
Coordinate project engineering efforts by collaborating with management and stakeholders to monitor timeline and budget issues. Manage change orders, expedite materials, and estimate impacts while providing interpretation of plans and specifications. Assemble submittal packages, procure equipment and materials, and participate in subcontractor selection. Analyze complex problems as needed to ensure accurate project execution. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and three years of project engineering experience. Full medical, dental, and vision insurance with a 50% company match on 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, construction or applicable experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience Project Engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as general understanding of system operations
- Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel
