Job Summary
Project Engineer II is responsible for contributing to the safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout, including budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bidding and buyout, planning and scheduling, cost control, and ensuring quality and safety. The role involves coordinating with Project Management and Field Supervision, interacting with clients to identify and pursue work, and providing clear leadership and communication under direction from senior management.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented
