Project Engineer II supports municipal services civil engineering across development review, land development project management, and capital improvement planning; collaborates with senior engineers and staff; performs reviews of development projects; assists in drafting and design; conducts field visits; provides staff augmentation; conducts testing and validation of designs; documents processes; requires Bachelor's in Engineering, 7 years experience, EIT, familiarity with standards; CA PE license preferred; experience with public agencies; proficient in engineering software; strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 7 years of experience in an engineering role
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certification
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- CA Professional Engineer License preferred
- Experience working with public agencies
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the business services industry
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Certification in a relevant engineering discipline preferred
