Project Engineer II responsible for coordinating submittals, RFIs, logistics, schedules, cost estimates, and close-out documentation on Houston commercial construction projects; interfaces with subcontractors, owners, architects; supports estimating, value engineering, negotiations on change orders; ensures safety compliance; requires OSHA 30, BS in related field, 2 years experience.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years’ work experience in the construction industry
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year of employment)
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, and punch-list
