Job Summary
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring to support on-time, on-budget delivery. Conduct site inspections, review proposals and contracts, and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare project documentation, resolve field issues, and communicate progress updates to clients. Assist in risk identification, procurement, and project closeout activities while maintaining adherence to design requirements and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in construction project management or related role, including co-ops and internships
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Procore
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
