Job Summary
Project Engineer I role engaged in observing construction, preparing change orders, and ensuring activities align with plans and specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting contract requirements, advising project managers or owners on failures or delays, reviewing pay requests, determining substantial and final completion statements, inspecting shop drawings for conformance, and performing additional duties as assigned. The role may involve assignments to various U.S. sites while permitting remote work across all U.S. states per policy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or foreign equivalent) and 1 year of related experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, construction materials and processes, quality control/field inspection, cost analysis, and project scheduling and planning. Relocation to a reasonable commuting distance is required. Pay range starts at $84,240 per year (minimum); full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
