Job Summary
Coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting for engineering projects while ensuring results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements. Perform engineering design evaluations, provide technical support for the engineering process, and analyze project requirements through standard technical calculations. Review reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems. Requires an Associate's degree in Engineering with 0-3 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and up to 25% travel. Entry-level to professional career progression within General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 0-3 years' experience
- Engineering degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Up to 25% travel
