Project Engineer I

Under the direction of senior team members, perform intermediate design work including preparing construction drawings, calculations, reports, and manuals using applicable software. Research design criteria based on project scope and jurisdictional requirements, then conduct engineering calculations and analysis based on researched codes and regulations. Compare design options, document findings to produce detailed engineering studies, and perform revisions to construction drawings marked up by reviewers. Conduct field site visits to obtain necessary data, complete site investigation and due diligence reports, and provide thorough documentation of all calculations. Actively participate in internal team and project meetings while learning company and client design standards to implement them into project designs. Stay up to date with the latest engineering trends and technologies to recommend continuous improvement solutions.
