Job Summary
Project Engineer responsible for end-to-end project execution for power transformer projects, including design review, addressing Japanese-specific requests, and ensuring compliance with external/internal regulations. Collaborates with Hitachi experts as needed and engages in front-end discussions with customers as application engineering to align with project specifications and engineering requirements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, at least 5 years of experience in power transformer products, strong time management and presentation skills, and proficiency in Japanese and advanced English communication; must be capable of learning in new environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Hybrid working style is applicable; standard working hours 09:00–17:30 with a 1-hour break. Benefits include various insurances and leave policies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power transformer products
- Strong Japanese and advanced English communication
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
