Job Summary
Accumulate data for monthly owner pay applications, resolve interface conflicts between trade partners, and interpret drawings, specifications, and RFIs. Develop cost controls, manage change orders, and assist in project schedule development while tracking progress and conducting production analysis. Manage material acquisitions, run weekly meetings, and maintain project records using the Book of 14. Mentor office engineers and jobsite administrators, participate in safety audits and quality control inspections, and assist in engineering details and BIM specifications. Assist the project manager and superintendents in fulfilling project goals through detailed financial management and stakeholder negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience on large commercial construction projects
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient use of project management tools and software
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates
- Prolog
- Primavera
- AutoDesk Suite
