Job Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for all on-site project administration, managing office engineers and jobsite administrator, project financials, planning and scheduling, and supervision of personnel. Key duties include preparing monthly owner pay applications, resolving conflicts among trade partners, interpreting drawings, managing project schedules, facilitating quality control plans, and assisting with engineering details. Candidates must possess a relevant degree, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in specific software tools.

Required Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite
