Job Summary
Plan and oversee heavy civil construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes. Manage budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling while maintaining safety, ethics, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Coordinate within the Project Management Team to execute project goals across varying scopes and complexities. This role supports Skanska's mission to build schools, roads, and hospitals that contribute to a better society through sustainable, innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years prior relevant experience
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
- Broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
- Background Check
