Job Summary
Plan and oversee heavy civil construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes. Manage budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling while ensuring construction occurs safely, ethically, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Coordinate within the Project Management Team, adapting responsibilities to project size and complexity. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering and five years of relevant experience in bridges, structures, utilities, or civil work. Based in Seattle, this full-time role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $145,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years prior relevant experience in bridges, structures utilities and/or civil
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
- Broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
- Background Check Required
