Job Summary
Plan and oversee heavy civil construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes. Manage project budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling while ensuring construction occurs safely, ethically, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Coordinate with the Project Management Team to execute work plans and prioritize tasks across varying project complexities. This role supports Skanska's mission to build for a better society through schools, roads, and hospitals, contributing to sustainable solutions that support healthy living.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 years prior relevant experience
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
- Broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
- Background Check Required
