Job Summary

Coordinate project plans, schedules, and documentation while tracking milestones, deliverables, and action items. Support coordination between internal departments, vendors, and external partners under the supervision of senior staff. Monitor equipment installation, operation, and maintenance activities, including scheduling inspections and preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate project files, records, and reports while assisting with correspondence and identifying quality or safety issues. Communicate updates to team members and promote a professional, safety-focused project environment. Gain hands-on exposure to both office and field-based project activities within a collaborative team focused on quality planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or currently pursuing a relevant degree
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction/project workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Internship, co-op, or coursework experience in engineering, construction, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling software such as MS Project, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Previous exposure to construction sites, engineering projects, equipment, or field operations
  • Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in construction or engineering
