Job Summary
Coordinate active construction projects by planning schedules, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress while assisting with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and quantity takeoffs. Prepare production reports, meeting minutes, and field reports to ensure projects remain organized and compliant. Review supplier proposals for competitiveness and support estimating activities alongside experienced managers. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Equivalent construction industry experience (minimum two years) will also be considered

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
