Job Summary
Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking while supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent on a new outpatient clinic in Lawton, OK. Track productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates to keep the project organized and moving efficiently. Engage daily with Superintendents and field teams in a fast-paced construction environment. This role offers hands-on field experience with a clear path toward Project Management, supported by mentorship and collaboration within a purpose-driven, employee-owned organization focused on healthcare infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
Desired Qualifications
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
