Job Summary

Coordinate daily project operations by managing documentation, tracking RFIs and submittals, and maintaining comprehensive project logs. Lead preparation and distribution of project documents while supporting material procurement through lead time analysis and delivery tracking. Attend scheduling meetings, document action items, and facilitate the punch list and closeout process to ensure compliance with project requirements. Build relationships with subcontractors, owners, and design partners while identifying and escalating issues promptly. Work in both office and active construction environments, utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit to manage document control and QA/QC processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Internship or construction-related experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of construction-related experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of commercial construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, organize, and follow up on project information
  • Ability to manage individual time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve practical problems, ask thoughtful questions, and seek guidance when needed
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn from office and field team members
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Revit, Navisworks, or similar construction technology preferred
  • OSHA 30, stormwater, QA/QC, or other project-related training preferred or ability to complete after hire
  • Ability to work in both office and active construction jobsite environments
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when on jobsites
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for extended periods of time
