Job Summary
Prepare thorough site analysis to determine allowable density and layout constraints based on municipal land use ordinances and site-specific features. Prepare horizontal and vertical alignment of street layout and profiles, along with detailed grading plans. Develop comprehensive stormwater management designs, water supply and sewage facilities, and erosion and sedimentation control plans in accordance with State best management practices. Manage utility design and coordinate with sub-consultants for geotechnical, wetlands, and traffic aspects. Travel to field and client meetings to communicate project design aspects with Project Managers, Engineers, and officials. Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies.
