Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and material suppliers while performing project start-up and closeout duties. Maintain document and project controls by preparing daily reports, cost codings, submittals, RFIs, and progress payment requests. Provide technical support in construction planning, quality control, and design conflict resolution. Represent the company in client and project management meetings and facilitate job site meetings. Assemble project schedules, track labor and equipment costs, and perform independent analysis of change orders. Update daily diaries and monitor accounts payable, subcontracts, and time sheets to ensure project compliance.

- Proficiency in Reading P6 Schedules
- Proficiency in Blue Beam
- Proficiency in Sketch Up
- Proficiency in Build2Win
- Proficiency in material takeoffs
- Thorough understanding of document controls
- Valid driver's license
- Must frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds
- Close vision

- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree would be preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience
