Job Summary
Lead design and planning efforts including calculations, specifications, feasibility studies, permitting, and reporting. Manage construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals, site visits, and contractor meetings while reviewing and overseeing design work from team members. Coordinate drafting tasks, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and attend client meetings to collaborate across groups. Monitor project budgets and contribute to training, recruiting, and research initiatives. Requires a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, five years of experience, and a P.E. license. Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5 years (minimum) of experience in civil/municipal engineering with experience in environmental engineering
- P.E. license required
- Strong knowledge of engineering and construction concepts, codes, and regulatory processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling reviews
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and budgeting skills
- Ability to read construction documents and lead project tasks effectively
