Job Summary
Lead planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater conveyance projects, including pipelines, force mains, gravity sewers, and pump stations. Coordinate with permitting agencies, contractors, internal technical teams, and clients while preparing engineering reports, design documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Support permitting, environmental documentation, proposal development, and business growth by building relationships with existing and prospective clients. Execute work to appropriate professional standards and the firm's QA/QC requirements across multiple initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in environmental or civil engineering
- Professional Engineer license in Missouri or ability to acquire upon six months of hiring date
- 5+ years of water/wastewater design experience in municipal water, water resource, and/or conveyance projects
- Experience in water and wastewater conveyance and pump station
- Experience in executing multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail, schedule and budget
- Ability to present technical information, both written and orally, in a concise and professional manner
- strong technical writing skills
