Job Summary
Project Engineer with Structures experience to join the delivery team on a Sydney infrastructure project. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to meet time, budget and quality targets; monitoring construction performance and progress; preparing progress and compliance reports; focusing on safety; interpreting designs for construction implementation; coordinating technical aspects; assisting with site construction budgets and reports; verifying subcontractor claims and variations; managing work programs and team/subcontractor performance; and applying contractual and regulatory requirements. Requires Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Engineers Australia membership (or eligibility), and ~5 years of experience with a preference for building environment exposure. The role offers hybrid working in Australia with a focus on delivery across rail, roads and Defence infrastructure, and opportunities for development within a multinational engineering context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Member of Engineers Australia or eligible to be a member
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in construction industry, building experience highly regarded
