Job Summary
Project Engineer role within Fulton Hogan’s Eastern Region Construction (ERC) in NSW, focused on planning, coordination and execution of a major infrastructure project spanning bridge upgrades, road widening and pedestrian/cyclist connections. On-site governance includes coordinating site works, subcontractors and resources to meet programme requirements; preparing and managing documentation such as ITPs, reports and project records; monitoring progress, costs and quality; identifying risks and implementing practical solutions; and liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to achieve safe, timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, forepersons and site teams; bring experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects; be comfortable on-site, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly across all levels while fostering strong team relationships and a safety-focused culture.
