Job Summary
Apply detailing and prefabrication strategies during the Preconstruction process, translating them to the project team at start-up. Lead estimating team members in developing project budgets and cost alternatives while supporting design, budgeting, and model coordination for Design-Build, Design Assist, and Integrated projects. Provide design intent translation to field personnel and document existing conditions during site visits and meetings. Create value engineering solutions, support MEP coordination with trade contractors, and assist the engineering team in developing designs to meet project goals. Maintain schedule and production data from the field to support project control functions. Requires 5 to 7 years of progressive CAD experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/3-D/Revit software, and knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Works Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM with 15-40% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of progressive CAD experience

- Ability to work a flexible schedule
