Job Summary
Project Engineer will assist project managers, oversee smaller projects, and support the management of commercial drywalling, metal stud framing, and acoustics. Responsibilities include project documentation (RFIs, change orders, logs), field inspections for quality control, change management (change orders and communications with affected trades), reviewing project costs and invoices, and providing admin support to project managers. Requires 2+ years of framing/drywall experience, a BS in Construction Science/Management or related field (preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and project scheduling software. Located in Las Vegas, NV; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of framing/drywall experience in new construction, renovation, and interior buildouts
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related Engineering field strongly preferred and may be accepted in lieu of experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Procore construction management software and project scheduling software
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential project information
- Operational and/or experience in the luxury construction industry preferred
