Job Summary
As a Project Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and deploy innovative, mission-critical solutions for the U.S. government. Your responsibilities include providing technical oversight for advanced system modifications, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating system integration and testing, and ensuring compliance with military specifications. You must have a strong background in systems engineering and project planning tools, along with the ability to manage technical risks effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 6 years of experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- 6+ years of experience
- Demonstrated success in leading high-impact technical projects
- Proven ability to evaluate technical risks and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience with engineering standards like IEEE 15288 and AS9100, especially in project planning and quality assurance
- Experience with FAR 15.408, Table 15-2 compliant proposals

- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
