Job Summary
Meet with engineering and field crews to review production schedules, confirm materials and resources, and provide technical input for work plans. Evaluate daily production and budget projections, update weekly schedules for reporting, and prepare three-week work plans to mitigate delays. Initiate Requests for Information, manage invoicing, review certificates and permits, and conduct Job Hazard Analysis to ensure compliance. Identify risk elements impacting the budget or schedule and coordinate subcontractor methods and crews. This role supports project financial accuracy and efficient operations for a construction firm offering comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3+ years construction engineering experience
- Able to identify budget and project costs and recommend options to mitigate project delays
- Knowledge of design build and other alternative build techniques
- Knowledge of financial reporting methods, quantity tracking methods and cost coding
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in resource monitoring techniques (i.e. cost accounting, basic estimating) and construction technology, process systems and/or structures preferred
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and production time management preferred
