Job Summary
The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager with oversight of project staff and workforce activities, including preparation of work scope packages, change order estimating, project tracking, and quality control. Responsibilities also include documentation facilitation using the RFI system and preparation of subcontractor bid packages. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to establish accountability within teams, and collaborative teamwork skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills
- Experience in Timberline project financial software
