Job Summary
Coordinate material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule and act as the key point of contact for internal customers regarding specific scopes of work. Maintain complete and accurate RFI, submittal, and change order logs while distributing new drawing information to team members and subcontractors. Participate in job start meetings and team meetings to support the execution of project plans, including bids and change orders. Partner with safety professionals to identify hazards and document findings. This role offers a career development path to project management for candidates with zero years of experience, supported by mentoring from peers and attendance at vendor offsites and training classes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar
- Two (2) years of construction or related experience
