Job Summary
Oversee the design, construction, and improvement of equipment and facilities within an industrial manufacturing plant. Coordinate with multiple departments to solve daily challenges, evaluate project bids, manage construction activities, monitor costs and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA). Drive efficiency, quality, and safety; develop long-term plans for layout changes and process improvements; design or approve expansions/modifications; review proposals; supervise machinery and equipment development; maintain engineering records and documentation; support preventive/predictive maintenance and capital expenditure decisions.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of project engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated strong people skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate
- Proven ability to thrive and contribute within a team environment
- Adherence to prompt, regular, and dependable attendance standards
