Job Summary
Support the successful development and launch of new electrical power conversion products with a cross-functional team by developing design specifications, validation test plans, and analyzing circuit performance using lab tools. Perform product validation testing including radiated and susceptibility tests, support troubleshooting activities, and assist with prototype and production builds while handling basic mechanical fabrication for test fixtures. Participate in cross-functional design reviews and maintain schedules for multiple projects with up to 10% travel for offsite testing and partner site visits.
Required Qualifications
- appropriate college degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of electrical engineering experience related to the design and validation of electrical power conversion products
- self-motivated

- flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- 10% travel
- Familiar with electrical test equipment, EMC testing
- Experience in interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications
