Job Summary
Monitor General Contractor project portals for construction documents, revisions, and RFIs, then upload updates to internal systems and maintain accurate project documentation logs. Coordinate with the General Foreman to confirm material deliveries, track submittal review processes from submission through approval, and communicate potential delays to the Project Manager. Compile and submit project closeout documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty records, and final inspections per contract requirements. This role supports communication between office and field teams while ensuring compliance with contractual standards.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed and may be asked to travel
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

- Project support experience is preferred
