Job Summary
EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to conduct due diligence services, which includes field assessments of various commercial property types, preparing deliverables with supporting documentation, conducting interviews, and independent research. The position requires 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Responsibilities also include conducting Property Condition Assessments and Environmental Site Assessments. Local and regional travel of upwards of 50% is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or other real estate consulting services.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with obtaining data needed to complete ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to ASTM E2018 standards.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be already established in or around Philadelphia, PA, or Trenton, NJ market.
- Candidates must have previous experience with travel and be comfortable with this model.
