Job Summary
The Project Engineer will conduct due diligence services, primarily performing field assessments on various commercial property types such as multifamily residential, retail, office, and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include conducting site reconnaissance, interviews, independent research, and preparing deliverables to ASTM standards. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in engineering and consulting, with specific experience in ASTM E1527 ESAs and E2018 PCAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or other real estate consulting services
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with obtaining data needed to complete ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Experience or familiarity with Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to ASTM E2018 standards
